Fake boots was send

Stuart weitzman lowland boots it was color transferred O order black boots but it comes yellow discoloration I old used box and I ask costumer service she said oh sorry to hear that send it back that all my time shipping cost and she can't help me just I have to and back if I want money back

Scam on returns

I ordered a $1200 bracelet for my mom and when I re dived it the quality was poor so I initiated the return. I printed out their FedEx return label and mailed the item back on 8/19/22 and it was signed for on 8/24/22. After 2 weeks I still didnt have my the funds back on my credit card so I reach out to them and they say it takes 10 business days to process and we are only at 9. So on Day 11 I call them and the nice gentleman looks into it and says that he sees that the vendor received it so he needs to check on it. I call back 3 days later and they say they are still waiting. Then I get an email today saying it won't be refunded because they never received the package. I promptly call and they say the vendor told them the package they received was empty so they can't refund me and I will have to just deal with my card company. No additional help! As though I would send an empty package and expect a refund. And no questioning on their part as to why the vendor only notified them of the supposedly empty package after I had them look into the refund status. I'm not sure how you can avoid this issue but beware.

Completely Aweful Customer Service

It's been over a week now and my issue has nor been resolved. They keep giving me the run around. They sent me the wrong item, and when I tried to get my money back, they stopped responding to my messages. Very unprofessional. Will nor buy from again.

Happy with the variety of items I’ve purchased

I’m surprised at the negative reviews. I have purchased a variety of items from Ruelala champagne glasses, vase, facial care products and a dining table. I am most please with the dining table I purchased. I wish I could post a photo of the items I purchased with these feedback or even on ruelala s site

Selling counterfeit Pinko

I used to buy here regularly and generally pleased. Site has gone downhill, clogged with merchandise. Still believed they sold authentic designer items until last week. Bought a pinko 'leather' belt that was garbage and looked like it made out of polyurethane plastic out of the box. Labels attached made to look like designer label actually said 'fabricated in China' and "100% polyurethane". No response from them yet pinko brand is all over their site still!

Not an authorized retailer for the brands they sell.

Do not buy from this retailer. They are not authorized distributors of the brand name they sell. My Botega shoes broke, Rue lala refused to replace or repair. Botega also refused because Rue lala is not an approved/ authorized retailer. So if you can afford brand names, buy from the big retailer and not this crap online store. Don't fall for $50 discount.

Go direct to the brands themselves to check if you're worried about something like this for authenticity. Usually they'll directly state if they're not an authorized retailer for the brand. I NEED TO KNOW IF THE ITEMS ARE NEW OR USED.

Most of their stuff is new. The only 'used' items or 'preowned' state it on the item's page itself. Be on the look out for stuff that's got a link to a 'vintage' guide or states it's preowned/preloved or whatever phrasing they use. Most of the items that are like that will be handbags. (Anything else being 'used' would be just nasty)

How can you sell Pandora charms so cheaply and less than Pandora? Are they new or used from another bracelet?

https://us.pandora.net/en/explore-the-brand/authorized-retailers.html 20th on the list, they're an authorized retailer with pandora. It's new but I'm pretty sure they bulk buy and they do seem to specialize in the ones that are no longer in production. Most of Rue's charms do not come in the original boxes, they will either come in little plastic baggies or in their velvet bags that come with some jewelry.

Very nervous now and wish I had read all these negative reviews BEFORE placing my order. I purchased 4 Pandora charms on 11/29/16 and received them today, 12/05/16, which I feel is very fast shipping. However, after having read all the negative reviews about fake Pandora, I worry they're fake?! And, if they are, how do I know and how do I get my money back?

They're legit, the only thing I would caution with Pandora on Rue La La is that they don't always have essence charms set into their own little boutique which would help a lot. The Essence collection only works for essence collection and thus is a buyer beware issue with Pandora. They're helpful with getting these returned especially if you're clear that you've never purchased Pandora before (though they did finally start to note on the site that they're not compatible)

Furthermore, I can NOT wear Silver Plated anything. I will turn it Green. I have Pandora Charms that I purchased via a Pandora Retailer, and they are NOT Plated. If you are buying Pandora and it is plated... You have FAKE Pandora! The Charms are solid Sterling Silver. Hence, 925. That is the Worldwide Symbol for solid Sterling Silver. ALE stands for the person whom invented Pandora Jewelry!
